Welcome Ben our new QA Engineer
We are happy to announce that Ben joined our team as QA Engineer, he will establish best in class QA process throughout the dYdX Operations subDAOs supported infrastructure.
Short Bio:
Ben has been working in operational quality and observability in software since 2012. Previously at Just Eat Takeaway and Vega Protocol, Ben raised testing standards, enhanced observability, and implemented automation frameworks that integrate smoothly with CI/CD processes. His work emphasises catching issues early, minimising release impact, and driving continuous improvement across QE practices to ensure robust and reliable software releases.
Mandate 3.0 Approved
The whole dYdX Operations subDAO directors and contributors want to thank the community for their support in the extension of the mandate for the subDAO for an additional 36 Months approved via dYdX Chain Governance.
The funding proposal will follow as mentioned in the original forum thread towards the end of the Year, beginning of December, and most likely split into multiple disbursements and not disburse the full amount at once.
Transition to Cayman Foundation Complete
The dYdX Operations subDAO is happy to announce that the legal structure has been successfully updated and the Digital Operations Foundation has taken the place of the dYdX Operations Trust. The former Trustees of the DOT are now the Directors of the Foundation Company - the former Enforcer is the new supervisor of the DOF.
The transition started after the dYdX Chain Consent was gathered at the end of March 2024,
Above is a depiction of the new legal structure of the dYdX Operations subDAO, as you can see the DOT (dYdX Operations Trust - a Guernsey Purpose Trust) has been replaced by the DOF the Digital Operations Foundation ( a Cayman Foundation Company).
