DOS

On average the DOS is spending roughly 260,000.00 USDC per month, the high variance in the actual monthly expenses in the first quarter is due to the payment terms of some of the services we are using. In January for example there have been some yearly expenses as well as a large quarterly expense for the Indexer AML screening service, which is why the DOS spent over 300k in January and about 240k in February and March.

DOT

The primary expense of the DOT is the trustee/director compensation and legal fees as all the operational aspects are covered by the DOS. This will increase in Q2 somewhat as with the transition to the DOF the associated legal fees will come due.

Budget Status

Ops subDAO Msig Holdings as of April 1st 2024:

• USDC: ~4,300,000
• DYDX: ~1,130,000

With the current level of spending we have a healthy buffer that can even accommodate the extra projects that the Ops subDAO is taking on, as well as expanding the team to be able to more effectively deliver the Community Mandate.
